I’m here for the whole process. "Why" journaling, a deeper approach, a holistic approach. I love what I do and I know what it has done for me; mind, body and soul, especially during tough times. It really is therapy and can train not only your body, but your mind, to be in the greatest shape for whatever life throws at you.

ABOUT YOUR COACH
I'm one of 8 kids and a single mom to 4 kiddos. I’m super active: fitness, nutrition, hiking, camping and traveling. Goals drive me. I love my family and my country. I’m a farmers daughter, and love horses. I’m all about boundaries/healing/seeing me and loving me. I work my ass off to be the best me possible, and I’d love to help you get there too.
HOW COACHING WITH ME WORKS
I’m here for the whole process!
You’ll start by filling out my questionnaire so I can understand your goals and dive into to the root of your "why.” The more I know the more I will be able to understand you and your needs. If you have joined a one-on-one program we will be scheduling a day/time to connect and we will be chatting, just you and I, once a week. If you are in the group program we will also be connecting once a week via the group call.
I am a caring, thoughtful and no nonsense coach. I understand life and all that it can throw at us, however I am here to encourage and support even through life’s experiences so that you can become the best version of yourself, functioning at full speed and at your highest levels. Tough love, yep thats me! But with compassion and understanding, all with a goal in mind… your ultimate goal.
I do believe in patience BUT not laziness, there is always a way to move forward, ALWAYS!! I will be your biggest cheerleader, and I know from experience with myself and from working with others how it feels to accomplish tasks; mentally, physically or emotionally… I win with you!!
I feel your struggles and your successes!! During coaching with me I want you to feel supported and also challenged at the same time. There is a beautiful balance between the safety and struggle in everything we do. Know you are not alone and I will be there for you every step of the way.
